  1. Prepare all the products.
  2. Cut the meat into thin oblong pieces across the fibers.
  3. Pour soy sauce into the meat, mix well. Tamp tightly and leave to marinate for half an hour.
  4. Put the meat in a preheated frying pan with oil. Pepper and simmer until tender. There is no need to salt and top up the water. The meat itself will be juicy.
  5. Cut the onion into thin half rings, and the carrot into strips.
  6. In a frying pan with ready-made meat, where all the juice has evaporated, first we send the onion, cook it until it becomes transparent. Then add the carrots and cook for a couple of minutes too.
  7. Meanwhile, boil the water, turn off the fire. Add our noodles to the saucepan and leave for 6-7 minutes. During this time, it will swell slightly and become transparent. Noodles are ready.
  8. Flip the funchosa into a colander and let the water drain.
  9. Add water and finely chopped greens to the pan with meat. Let it boil for a couple of minutes. If you don’t have enough salt, you can add some salt. Carefully place the noodles on a cutting board and cut them into such a length that it is convenient to eat.
  10. Spread our yummy.
