A very quick and very simple recipe. From the series “Guest on the threshold”. 10 minutes for cooking and 20 for baking. And the result is simply amazing! Incredibly delicious cake! It has one drawback – it turns out to be too small. Baked for three days in a row. Jamie Oliver’s recipe.
Prepare the products. Take the dough out of the freezer in advance so that it can thaw. Turn on the oven at 200*C. Roll out the dough into a rectangle the thickness of a coin. Circle the rim, retreating from the edges by about 2 cm.
Place the dough on parchment, brush the edges with beaten egg and transfer to a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Take the pie out of the oven and slightly flatten the middle so that the rim is high.
Meanwhile, drain the water, remove the bones and cut each plum into 6 slices.
Put it in a frying pan together with sugar and cinnamon. Cook for 5 minutes on high heat, whisking constantly, until the plums become caramel.
On the cake, grate the marzipan on a grater.
Then sprinkle with ground almonds.
Lay out the plums. Pour the resulting syrup. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
