Roll out one layer of dough, put it on a baking sheet, sprinkle evenly with breadcrumbs first, then with starch (2 tsp.)
In a blender, whisk: cherry + sugar + 1 tsp starch.
Put the filling on the dough, sprinkle 2 tsp sugar.
Roll out the second layer, lay it on the first one, fastening it at the edges. Then press the edges with a fork, and in the middle of the strudel make transverse incisions of the upper layer of dough.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
When serving, cut into large pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
