- Preparation of dough ------------------------- Melt the margarine or plums. oil. Break the eggs and add salt, sour cream and cream , melted margarine. Gradually add the flour and knead the dough-not very cool. Peel onions and potatoes. Wash the chicken drumstick and vegetables accordingly. Onions cut into half rings, potato slices 4-5 mm thick.Fry the onion, then add the chicken drumstick and put out a little until the chicken is half-cooked.
