  1. Pour nutmeg, cloves, cardamom and cinnamon with water, boil and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add tea and ginger, sugar (as much or less as possible) to a glass of milk and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat, let it brew a little, strain through several layers of gauze and enjoy!
