Mix the egg with 0.5 tsp of salt and 50 ml of water, pour into the flour.
Knead the dough, cover and leave for 15 minutes. Put a saucepan with 2 liters of water on the stove, add diced potatoes, let them boil, reduce the heat, cook over low heat.
Knead the dough again. Pass the meat through a meat grinder with one onion. Add half a teaspoon of pepper and salt to the minced meat and mix.
Finely chop the remaining onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, fry in vegetable oil, add to the pan.
Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll each into a 12-13 cm wide ribbon, lay out the minced meat, roll it up.
Cut into rolls 2-3 cm wide . We increase the fire under the frying pan, lower our rolls into it, bring to a boil, reduce the heat, salt to taste. After the rolls pop up, cook them for 5-7 minutes.
Serve to the table, sprinkled with pepper, finely chopped herbs, you can with sour cream.
