Potatoes cut into cubes. Put in boiling water or broth.
Add meatballs and cook until ready for 20-25 minutes.
P.S. meatballs were prepared by me in advance and frozen, which is very convenient in order to save time. And they are prepared so:
ready stuffing combine with chicken egg, add salt, finely chopped onion, if desired herbs, knead until smooth, moisten hands with cold water (to avoid sticking stuffing) and make balls, which are then lowered into boiling broth or water. Cook meatballs for about 20 - 25 minutes.
Add frying vegetables and cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
Add salt, pepper,Bay leaf. The soup is ready. Serve to the table with finely chopped herbs.
