I love this light and delicious soup of canned tuna and tomato. Just half an hour and the first course is ready. This recipe often helps me out when there is no time at all, and you need something to cook quickly.
Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces. Put in a saucepan, pour water and put on fire.
While the potatoes boil, prepare the roast. To do this, cut the onion and tomato into cubes. Carrots are straws. Heat a frying pan, pour vegetable oil and add onions and carrots. Fry until vegetables are soft.
Add the tomato, fry a little. Add a pinch of salt and sugar, and pepper to taste. Put it out.
When the potatoes boil, add the fry and washed rice. Salt to taste. If necessary, remove the film. Cook for 10 minutes.
Then add the tuna and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
At the end, add the greens and cook the soup for another 2 minutes. Cover the pan and remove from heat.
Delicious and quick soup with tuna and tomatoes ready! All Bon appetit!
