Heat the butter and add the flour, mix. Boil, add cream, salt, pepper and grated cheese. Stir until the cheese is dissolved. Put the sauce in a saucepan.
Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. (180-200 degrees).
