Instructions
Peel the avocado and cut it into thin half rings. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Finely chop the cabbage, Peking cabbage is also well suited here, lightly grind with salt.
Slice the cucumber into thin half rings.
Finely chop the greens.
We’re refueling. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper mixture “Provencal herbs”, add mustard “Granulated”. Mix it.
