Instructions
  1. Clean the mackerel, rinse with cold water, trim the fins. On both sides of the carcass, make deep oblique incisions (to the bone), put one sprig of dill in them, put the stems into the abdomen.
  2. Mix 1 tsp of salt, freshly ground pepper, add the juice of half a lemon and 2 tablespoons of any vegetable oil. Brush the fish with this mixture on both sides. This will allow you to put the fish aside and do the sauce.
  3. For the sauce, take herbs, garlic, pepper, salt, mustard powder, juice of the remaining half of a lemon, whey and mayonnaise.
  4. Finely chop the garlic and rub it into a pulp with 1 tsp salt, add pepper and mustard powder, mix well. Finely chopped herbs add garlic to the mixture, also add mayonnaise and juice of the remaining half of a lemon. Pour in as much whey as necessary to obtain the desired consistency of the sauce.
  5. We send our fish to the heated grill. There is no photo, because the temperature is negative outside, the grill is cooling down, and the fish will not be so tasty. Fry over medium heat for 12 minutes (6 minutes on each side).
  6. Serve with vegetables and sauce.
