  1. Preparing minced meat for cutlets. Take the Turkey fillet, I have a boneless Shin. Cut into pieces. Onions are cleaned and cut. Twist the Turkey fillet and onion in a meat grinder.
  2. Add grated potatoes and crushed bell pepper to the minced meat.
  3. Also add salt, pepper mixture, sour cream, mix everything thoroughly.
  4. We form cutlets from minced meat. The surface of the Board is lubricated with oil for convenience. It is convenient to make smooth cutlets using a cooking ring and a pusher. Put a little minced meat inside the ring, press it with a tolkushka, then put a piece of any hard cheese.
  5. Put a few parsley leaves on the cheese.
  6. And then again we put a little minced meat, crush it with a pusher, remove the ring. From this amount, 6 cutlets are obtained.
  7. Cutlets are greased with oil and fried on the grill on coals or on a grill pan. Fry on medium heat on both sides for about 15 minutes.
  8. Serve the cutlets hot.
