We did not have cakes on the table in those distant times, but pies were for all tastes: with cabbage, potatoes, meat, fish, etc. I have a cake for you today, from which it is impossible to break away, a thin crust of cottage cheese dough, a delicious juicy filling, a fairy tale pie!   1. This cake I baked two days in a row so it is delicious. Prepare all the food. From flour, cottage cheese and butter at room temperature, a pinch of salt, knead the dough. It turns out soft, elastic, roll it into a ball, cover with cling film and remove the dough for 30 minutes. in the refrigerator.
  2. From the leeks, separate 2-3 leaves, rinse, dry.
  3. Take the dough out of the refrigerator and divide it into 2 parts. Roll out one part, put it on parchment and on a baking sheet, put the leek sheets on top of the fish fillet on the dough, add salt.
  4. Cut the white part of the leek into rings and distribute it on the fish fillet, add a little salt and pepper.
  5. If you do not have green leaves from leeks, then sprinkle the rolled dough with a spoonful of rice flour, it will absorb excess moisture and will not allow the dough to break. On the fish fillet, if desired, you can distribute a little butter. Take the fish of your choice, I had a fillet of Pollock.
  6. Roll out the second part of the dough, cover the pie, pinch, prick with a fork on Top, grease with yolk.
  7. Bake in a well-preheated oven at 200* 30 minutes, taking into account the features of your oven. For the second time, my granddaughter Masha, 4, helped me bake a pie. She asked: “does this fish live in the river or in the sea?” I answer: “In the sea.” – Then I will make waves for the fish. I made not only waves, but also fish. Try to find fish and waves.
