In flour, RUB the butter on a large grater, periodically dipping it in flour. Then RUB the butter and flour into a crumb. The third part of the crumbs is put aside, and the remaining, most of it is spread in a baking dish (the diameter of the form is 26 cm). Crumbs are leveled in shape and make sides 2 – 3 cm high.
