Delicious, tender and at the same time very easy to prepare dessert. The taste is sweet, spicy and delicate. Cook and treat your guests. They’ll be thrilled.
Add gelatin to 100 ml of cream, stir and let it swell for 10 minutes.
Then heat it in the microwave for 1 minute at 300 watts.
The gelatin should completely dissolve.
Heat the remaining 300 ml of cream a little, add coffee to them, add sugar.
Adjust the sweetness to your liking.
Then add the gelatin to the sweetened cream and mix.
Pour the mass into the creamers / glasses / cups and refrigerate until solidified.
The jelly is ready.
I recommend decorating it with whipped cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
