Instructions
Prepare all the ingredients. Boil the chicken fillet and cut into slices.
Cut the onion into cubes and fry until transparent. Rinse frozen forest mushrooms (I have butter), add to the onion and fry until soft.
Remove the skin from the fresh cucumber, cut it and the pickled cucumbers into small cubes.
Prepare the sauce, mix sour cream and mayonnaise, add ground black pepper.
Chop the beans with a potato masher, add garlic.
Since the chicken fillet is dry, add 1 tbsp of sauce. Take the ring and start picking the salad. The first layer is chicken fillet, lightly tamp.
The second layer is pickled cucumbers.
The third layer is mushrooms with onions. Pour the sauce over the top.
The fourth layer – fresh cucumbers, pour the sauce.
The fifth layer is bean paste. Sprinkle walnuts on top.
