Instructions
A necessary product. Peel potatoes, boil in salted water, grind without lumps, cool.
Add grated cheese, flour, eggs, knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands.
Sprinkle the surface with flour, give the dough the shape of a sausage, cut into circles 1 cm thick and give the circles any shape.
Heat a frying pan with a little oil on a slightly higher than medium heat and fry the dumplings on both sides until a beautiful golden crust forms.
