I have a great love for shrimp this season. I suggest you cook this salad with fried shrimp, without mayonnaise, but with an interesting dressing. The taste is very harmonious, the shrimps are spicy and fresh.

  1. Here are our ingredients. Plus, defrost the shrimp, blanch the peas, wash the lettuce leaves.
  2. Green peas. Prepare according to the instructions on the package. I have long preferred frozen peas, not canned ones.
  3. Wash and dry the salad. I didn’t like purple in the end, I didn’t take it.
  4. The shrimps, thawed and peeled from the shell and head, are now marinated. For the marinade, mix teriyaki sauce, finely chopped chili pepper (I had a piece of about 2 cm) and grated ginger (also a piece of about 2 cm).
  5. Here are our shrimp. Soak them well in the marinade for 20-30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the other components of the salad.
  6. Chop the pepper, cucumber, green onion. Put lettuce leaves, peas and chopped vegetables in a large salad bowl.
  7. Remove the shrimp from the marinade and fry for 3 minutes. At the same time, bring the marinade to a boil in a separate bowl.
  8. The marinade should boil.
  9. We filter the marinade. Squeeze well. Add olive oil and a drop (1/3 tsp) of teriyaki.
  10. Mix the salad, shrimp and dressing. It beautiful The salad will turn out to be short-lived, tender lettuce leaves will not be preserved. You can make a blank (all separately: vegetables + salad + shrimp + seasoning).
  11. Place on a nice plate and serve with a slice of lime. You can sprinkle shrimp with juice. Such an easy-to-prepare meal, but at the same time beautiful and delicious.
