Instructions
Pass the liver and onion through a meat grinder.
Add eggs, buckwheat, flour, salt and pepper and mix.
Spread the minced meat with a tablespoon in a frying pan with heated oil.
Fry on both sides until tender.
Serve with mayonnaise or sour cream. Enjoy your meal!
