  1. Wash out the liver and remove all the excess. Transfer the liver to a blender bowl, add salt, ground black pepper, dried garlic, corn starch, and combine into a homogeneous mass
  2. Add cream to the crushed liver and mix.
  3. Remove the workpiece in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  4. Grate the carrots on a large grater, cut the onion into cubes.
  5. Fry the carrots and onions in vegetable oil until the onion is transparent. Salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Split form for baking is covered with foil (form with a diameter of 24 cm) Spread on the bottom of the form part of the vegetables, forming the sides, using a spoon.
  7. Add some of the chopped liver to the vegetables.
