There are already similar recipes on the site, but I suggest making a cake with tender lemon cream, cherries and blackberries. And it will be impossible to resist the unique taste of this cake.

  1. Lemon with zest, but without seeds, pass through a meat grinder.
  2. Mix the condensed milk with a mixer with creamy lemon mass. It turns out a very delicate lemon cream.
  3. Cut each marshmallow lengthwise into 2 parts. If the marshmallow is large, then it can be divided into 3 parts, because our task is to thoroughly soak it.
  4. Put a layer of marshmallow halves on the dish.
  5. Grease the top with lemon cream.
  6. Another layer of marshmallows. This way you can repeat the layers until the marshmallow runs out.
  7. And you can diversify one of the layers: frozen (or canned) cherry + blackberry + walnut. You can take any berry, but it’s better with sourness, because marshmallows themselves are very sweet.
  8. And cover it with another layer of marshmallow + lemon cream. For decoration, I used pieces of blackberry and marmalade. Alternatively, you can slice a fresh lemon, dip it in sugar and put it as a decoration. Let the cake soak in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
