I came up with an improvised cake made of marshmallow mass. It turned out very good.

  1. Grind butter at room temperature with sugar, add egg, beat until sugar dissolves, add flour and mix. The dough will turn out to have the consistency of thick sour cream.
  2. Take the upper part of the split mold and draw a contour on the paper.
  3. Place the dough in a circle.
  4. Bake at 230 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool and place in a detachable mold.
  5. Soak the agar-agar in water.
  6. Bake 1 large or 2 small apples in the oven or microwave, grind the pulp with sugar in a blender.
  7. Bring water with agar to a boil, boil for a few minutes, add applesauce with sugar, boil for a few minutes on low heat. Leave to cool a little.
  8. Whisk 2 whites into a strong foam. Pour the agar-apple mixture cooled to 80 degrees into the proteins in a thin stream, continuing to beat. At the end, add lemon juice.
  9. Put most of the marshmallow mass into a mold. Wait a few minutes to begin to grasp a little. Decorate the pastry bag with the remaining marshmallow mass.
  10. After drawing a knife along the edge of the mold, lay out the cake. You can serve.
