Pour 500 ml of water into a saucepan, bring to a boil and put the vegetables: onions; carrots; zucchini; potatoes, add an apple. Cut the vegetables and apple into arbitrary pieces. Cook everything until ready. This is about 13-15 minutes. Next, we put the greens: dill and parsley, garlic, also cut arbitrarily, so that they can then be easily crushed with an immersion blender. Add salt to taste. Cook for a couple more minutes. Remove from the heat and make a puree. I used an immersion blender.
