Instructions
Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in oil.
Add the minced meat to the onion and garlic.
Fry for 5 minutes, breaking up the lumps with a spatula.
Add tomatoes, all spices.
Simmer for 3 minutes.
Then pour 2/3 cup of boiling water.
Then lay out the processed cheese (if ordinary cheese, then it is better to grate it, or you can use processed cheese -it is more convenient)
Simmer until the cheese is completely dissolved, add salt to taste.
The minced meat gravy is ready. Serve with your favorite side dish. Enjoy your meal!
