  1. Cut the meat into portions about 1.5 cm wide . I got 4 pieces!
  2. Season the meat with salt and pepper and fry in a hot frying pan, greased with vegetable oil, on both sides until delicious toasted crusts appear.
  3. Anyone who has ever cooked pancakes by hand, clearly imagines this process. Potatoes need to be grated very quickly, squeezed out and add eggs, salt and pepper. This should be done as soon as possible so that the potatoes do not darken. Now pancakes are no longer a problem for me. Cut the peeled potatoes and onions into slices and put them in a bowl. Blow – and you’re done.
  4. The workpiece has an excellent consistency. Very homogeneous minced meat. I really like it. Quickly squeeze out excess liquid. Add egg, salt, pepper and flour. Mix everything thoroughly.
  5. In a preheated frying pan, greased with vegetable oil, put 1/4 of the dough and roll it out with a spoon. Pancakes should be larger in size than meat blanks. Fry on 2 sides until browned.
  6. Grate cheese and pickles on a coarse grater. Mix cucumbers with mustard.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180 gr. Spread the pancakes on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil. Pour the meat juice from the fried meat over each pancake. Sprinkle them with 1/2 of the cheese.
  8. Put the meat on the pancakes. Put cucumbers with mustard on the meat. Sprinkle everything with the remaining cheese and put it in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  9. We get a complete idyll and immediately serve it to the table!
