Meat Salad Recipe
It’s summer, it’s hot, so I don’t want anything hot.. but you can’t eat grass alone. I made meat broth for my husband’s soup, he can’t do without it, and I came up with this delicious salad for myself.

  1. Boiled meat is finely chopped or torn by hand into fibers. Cut fresh cucumber, bell pepper into strips.In a bowl, mix everything together.
  2. I had a bunch of greenery that my mom grew in the garden. For those who don’t like coriander, you can replace it with parsley. In general, a set of greens can be any to your taste.
  3. Finely chop the greens, ideally it’s better to break the salad with your hands, but I did it late at night to take it to work with me, so I cut everything with a knife.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and mayonnaise (sour cream, yogurt, vegetable oil with mustard) to taste. Let it brew a little and you can serve.
