  1. Having once cooked a salad with fried potatoes, now I often cook more potatoes, so there is such an opportunity. So, cut the cooled potatoes, put them in a salad bowl.
  2. Cut the beef into small pieces and add to the potatoes.
  3. Wash the pepper and cut it into cubes. Peel the onion, cut it into thin half rings and transfer it along with the pepper to the meat and potatoes.
  4. Mix mayonnaise, horseradish and mustard.
  5. We fill the salad, since all the products are ready, I do not salt the salad. When serving, garnish with cranberries.
  6. For a more satisfying option, add slices of boiled egg.
