Instructions
Boil wild mushrooms (25-30 minutes), rinse, let the water drain. Fry the onion, add the mushrooms, fry for 15 minutes, add salt.
Wash the layer of beef flank, dry it, make incisions over the entire area with a sharp knife, add salt and pepper.
Put the chopped herbs and garlic on the layer, then the fried mushrooms.
On one side, spread out the plates of melted cheese.
Roll up the roll, transfer the roll to the foil, season with salt and pepper.
Pack the blank in several layers of foil.
