Soft, juicy pork with streaks of chicken fillet and juicy filling of bright and fragrant vegetables. Meatloaf is a variant of a meat snack for a festive or everyday table. The roll is good both in warm and chilled form.
Each layer is flavored with seasoning and beaten off on both sides.
Cover the pork with cling film and marinate with seasoning for at least 30 minutes.

Cut the chicken fillet into strips. Remove the liquid from the beans.
Chop the garlic, add the walnuts and beat again with a blender.
Grease the foil with vegetable oil. Spread out the layers of pork, sprinkle with half of the garlic-nut mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread the chicken fillet over the entire surface of the pork, and spread the pepper between it.
Then spread the carrots and beans evenly.
Top with the remaining garlic-nut mixture, salt, pepper. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Using foil, roll the meat and vegetables into a roll. Roll tightly wrapped in foil. Transfer to a baking dish. Bake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
