  1. Prepare the base of the cookies. We take Oreo cookies and grind them into crumbs.
  2. Add the melted butter to the crushed liver and mix everything together.
  3. We take approximately 35 g of mass and tamp it into a silicone mold consisting of six cells. Put the form in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  4. Let’s make a cheesecake. Separate the filling from the cookies.
  5. Chop the cookies in a blender, but not very finely, so that large pieces remain. Gelatin pour cold water, let stand for 10 minutes, then dissolve in a water bath until liquid.
  6. Curd cheese, I had a creamy hohland, beat with powdered sugar, add the cookie filling, vanilla sugar or vanilla.
  7. Add the cream and beat everything well with a blender for about two minutes.
  8. Pour in the dissolved gelatin, mix the mass thoroughly.
  9. Add the cookie crumbs and mix.
  10. Fill the mass of the mold and put it to freeze in the refrigerator for 3 hours or more.
  11. After solidification, remove the dessert from the molds.
