  1. Chop the onion and mushrooms, grate the carrots on a large grater.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the vegetable oil. Add the onion and carrot and fry for 2-3 minutes. until soft. Add the mushrooms and fry under the lid for 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the tomato paste, mix and warm for 30 seconds. At this stage, you can add a crushed garlic clove.
  4. Lay out the stew (in the quality of which you are sure). Simmer on low heat for 2 minutes.
  5. Add sour cream and chopped parsley, mix, and warm for 30-40 seconds. and turn off the fire. Serve with your favorite side dish. Bon Appetit!
