  1. Prepare all the products. Cut the chicken (boneless) into small pieces, peel the onion, cut into cubes. Peel the mushrooms, wash them, cut them into slices. Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into cubes or strips.
  2. Add vegetable oil to the pan. Pour out all the prepared foods and fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add soy sauce.
  4. And milk. Simmer over low heat until the milk has partially evaporated. If desired, add finely chopped ginger.
  5. Place the fried mass on heatproof plates. The number of products is indicated for 4 servings.
  6. Grease each portion with melted cheese (sandwich). If this is not the case, replace the regular cheese (Dutch).
  7. Roll out the dough, divide into 4 squares and cover with plates. (For such cases, I always have already prepared squares in the freezer).
  8. Spread with egg to add shine. Cover with foil and put in the oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil 3 minutes before it is ready.
  9. What a delicious pie it turns out. The cheese will definitely stick to the bottom and, breaking off pieces of dough, you can enjoy the pie.
