We put a frying pan and a pot of water on the stove in parallel.
Fry the onion in butter. The water is heating up.
Cut the mushrooms: you can finely, you can make them bigger.
When the onion starts to change color, add the mushrooms and minced meat. Season with salt, pepper and add any spices.
Cook the minced meat until half cooked, stirring occasionally.
While the roast is cooking, we peel the potatoes. Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater.
Put the roast in boiling water, stir.
Add cheese. Add grated potatoes. After adding the cheese, mix it so that it dissolves evenly in the soup.
Cook the soup until the potatoes are ready. I was cooking, it took about 15 minutes. Try it with salt. Add the bay leaf. Finely chop the dill, add to the soup.
Before pouring the soup on plates, squeeze out the garlic cloves and pour the hot soup.
Serve hot with bread. Separately add finely chopped parsley.
