Mussels in soy sauce and balsamic, with onion and parsley and pasta of hard varieties. In summer, sometimes you want to eat something more satisfying and at the same time not very high in calories. I love mussels – a great product and healthy.
Put the onion and carrot in the oil heated in a frying pan, fry lightly.
Defrost the mussels and get wet from moisture, put them in a saucepan with onions and carrots.
Pepper and put the bay leaf. Cook for 5 minutes.
Pour soy sauce, balsamic, which can be replaced with lemon juice. Add finely chopped parsley.
Stir and cook for another 7-10 minutes.
I don’t salt, but if it doesn’t seem salty to someone,
you can add it to your liking.
In parallel, boil the pasta of hard al dente varieties (per tooth). Put the pasta on the mussels, mix, cover with a lid and let it stand for a while so that the pasta absorbs the sauce.
