Oatmeal Pancake Recipe
These delicious and healthy oatmeal pancakes are our favorites. Serve them with any jam. It can be served with sour cream, condensed milk or honey. Earlier I made a mixture of different fruits.

  1. Prepare the main ingredients that you will need.
  2. Mix oatmeal with yogurt and warm milk. Set aside for 20 minutes.
  3. Break it up with an immersion blender. Add baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar and egg. Beat lightly in a blender, having just mixed.
  4. Then add the melted butter, vanilla and flour. Continuing to beat thoroughly with a blender. Adjust the flour, it depends on the size of the egg.
  5. Spread with a tablespoon on a dry frying pan. We spread the same size on the back of the ladle. There should be bubbles and holes like this.
  6. Flip to the other side and fry for 30 seconds. A small fire.
  7. Ready to stack. And serve delicious and healthy pancakes for breakfast until they cool down. Serve with any jam, jam, honey, condensed milk, sour cream. With any fruit, fresh or caramelized with sugar, like mine.
