Measure the required amount of oat flakes. Crush them.
Beat eggs with sugar. Add to them flour, milk, vegetable oil, soda and crushed oat flakes.
Add grated fresh apples. Stir.
Spoon pour the dough and bake them in a pan on both sides.
For the sauce, pour 100 ml of water and bring to a boil. Grind in a blender into a puree.
Separately, mix the starch in 80 ml of cold water and pour into the hot lingonberry puree. Warm a little until thick. But no boiling. The finished sauce cool slightly and serve, watering their pancake.
