Prepare the ingredients for the okroshka.
Pour water into a saucepan, boil it.
Peel cucumbers, boiled potatoes and radishes and finely chop them.
Peel and finely chop the boiled eggs, finely chop the sausage, chop the onion and dill greens.
Add sour cream to the cooled water, mix well.
Add all the chopped ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put it in the refrigerator to cool the soup.
Okroshka is ready.
