Green onions

Mustard

Kvass
0,5
kilogram
Cucumber
0,3
kilogram
Sausage
0,3
kilogram
Potatoes
Salt
Lemon
Dill
Mayo
Horseradish
Instructions
Chop the green onions and put them in the dishes in which you cook the okroshka. There are also yolks from boiled eggs and mustard.
Now it’s all rubbing.
And pour kvass.
Add the dill and potatoes.
Add cucumbers. Cut the egg white and add it to the same place.
Add horseradish.
Add the sausage.
Then lemon juice. If you don’t have it, you can replace it with vinegar.
Now add mayonnaise or sour cream.
Now pour in the kvass as needed, try it with salt and you can call everyone to the table!
