Wash chicken stomachs, hearts and liver, boil separately. Boil the stomachs and hearts for about 1 hour, and the liver for 5-7 minutes.
Cool the giblets completely and finely chop them.
Finely chop the radish.
Also finely chop the cucumber.
Finely chop the dill and green onions.
Mix all the ingredients and pour cold kvass. Add salt and sour cream to taste.
For the dietary version, sour cream can be excluded or replaced with yogurt.
