  1. Prepare the ingredients. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Slice the bottom of the green onion or leek. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces. In a deep dish, break the eggs and shake with a fork.
  2. Add the cheese to the eggs and add the tomatoes. Stir.
  3. In a frying pan, pour vegetable oil and lightly fry the onion with green peas. Then pour in the egg mixture, cover and cook over low heat. 2 minutes before cooking, add the greens.. I did not salt the omelet – we had enough salt from cheese and tomatoes.
