  1. Prepare the products.
  2. Peel and finely chop the onion. The liver is washed and cut. I use rabbit liver, with chicken liver pie will turn out no worse.
  3. In a preheated frying pan, pour vegetable oil. Spread the onion and chopped liver.
  4. Fry for 3 minutes. Salt. Cool down a little.

  6. Evenly distribute the cheese using a spoon or silicone spatula.
  7. Then spread the fried liver on top of the cheese. Evenly distribute.
  8. Add half of the cranberries. Place the cake in the preheated oven.
  9. Bake the cake for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees. Then remove the cake from the oven. Let cool slightly and chop.
