The pie is rich, flavorful, with a delicate filling and a crunchy rim of dough. Delicious cheese crust and alluring aroma of olives and spinach are good – this version of baking will appeal to tasters both warm and cold.
I used a bread maker to make the dough. Load all ingredients into the bread maker in the order specified in the instructions. The dough was prepared for 45 minutes. For manual kneading, mix all the liquid ingredients and all the dry ones separately, then combine the dry ingredients with the liquid ones. Knead the dough and put it in a warm place, proofing for 40 minutes.
Prepare the filling: cut the spinach and sausage.
Remove the liquid from the olives and cut them in half. Chop the cheese.
Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees. Grease the baking tray with vegetable oil. Spread the dough on a baking sheet. I have a baking tray size of 32 x 22 centimeters. Brush the dough with tomato paste.
Spread the first layer of spinach, then the sausage.
