Pour water into a baking tray. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the lasagna form with foil and put it in the oven, having previously placed it on a baking sheet. Bake under the lid for 20 minutes, then remove the foil, sprinkle generously with cheese and remove for another 20 minutes without covering.
If in the process of sprinkling cheese you see that the pasta is dry, and the water is all absorbed – add a little plain water. And bon appetit!!
