Instructions
Cut the onion into small pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for a few minutes.
Add sugar, caramelize the onion.
Add diced sweet pepper. Fry for 2 minutes.
Remove the skin from the tomato and cut into cubes. Add the tomato and chopped garlic to the onion. Mix it.
Then pour in the broth, add tomato paste, salt and bay leaf. Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
Boil the pasta until tender in salted water. Remove the bay leaf from the sauce and mix the pasta with the sauce.
