  1. String beans, young green peas, carrots and cauliflower inflorescences put in a pan in boiling salted water and cook them for just 5 minutes.   2. Put the vegetables in the bowl of a blender. We also send onions with garlic. Add nutmeg and sweet paprika. Put the butter, cut into pieces. It should be soft. Break everything into a homogeneous mass. Try for salt. I was annoyed and broke everything again. Do not give up the spices and it is from those that I indicated, with them just a wonderful balanced taste of the pate turned out.
  3. I put them in jars. I got a 250 ml can and another 100 ml can. Sent to the refrigerator to cool and brew. Do not make a lot of pate, you need to eat it for 2 days, there is butter, as in all pates.
