Instructions
Wash the peas and soak them in cold water for 1 hour.
Then drain the water and add to the boiling brother. Cook for 15 minutes.
Remove the meat from the chicken and add it to the pan.
Add diced potatoes.
Cut the onion into cubes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry in vegetable oil. Add to the soup. Cook for 10 minutes.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Add the cheese to the soup and cook until the cheese is completely dissolved. Fry the bacon slices in a dry frying pan until crisp.
Serve the soup with herbs and crumbled bacon.
