Peaches with Pudding Recipe
On New Year’s Eve, it doesn’t always come down to cake. I suggest cooking a delicate dessert with peaches based on pudding and whipped cream. My family really liked it.

  1. In 100 ml of peach syrup, dissolve the pudding powder. Add sugar to the remaining syrup and heat almost to a boil. Pour in the pudding mixture, stirring constantly. Stir continuously and cook until thickened. Cool.
  2. Slice the peaches (half of them I chopped into mashed potatoes) and add them to the cream. Mix it.
  3. Whisk the cream to steady peaks. The main thing is to stop in time – otherwise you will get butter.
  4. Gently add the whipped cream.
  5. Arrange them into glasses. I have 5 pieces.
