On new year's eve, it doesn't always come down to cake. I propose to prepare a tender dessert with peaches based on pudding and whipped cream. My family liked it very much.
In 100 ml of peach syrup, dissolve the pudding powder.
Add sugar to the remaining syrup and heat almost to a boil. Pour in the pudding mixture, stirring constantly. Stir continuously and cook until thick. Cool.
Cut the peaches (I crushed half of them in mashed potatoes) and add them to the cream.
Stir.
Whisk the cream until stable peaks. The main thing is to stop in time-otherwise you will get butter.
