In 100 ml of peach syrup, dissolve the pudding powder.
Add sugar to the remaining syrup and heat almost to a boil. Pour in the pudding mixture, stirring constantly. Stir continuously and cook until thickened. Cool.
Slice the peaches (half of them I chopped into mashed potatoes) and add them to the cream.
Whisk the cream to steady peaks. The main thing is to stop in time - otherwise you will get butter.
