Pear Condensed Milk Recipe
The taste of this twist resembles either fruit toffee or condensed milk with pear flavor. Hence the name. I got an untested recipe, and for this reason, to be honest, I prepared this sweetness with some caution. Since he hadn’t done this before, he mentally prepared himself for any outcome. But you know, it turned out very tasty, and for a sweet tooth – a godsend! I think that on cold winter evenings over tea everything will go with a bang!

Ingredients
  • 5kilogram Pearsripe, peeled; not peeled (whole) need about 1 large bucket
  • 3kilogram Sugar
  • 3liters Milk
  • 1teaspoon Soda
Instructions
  1. Pears should be pre-peeled and cored and cut into small pieces (plates). Cover with sugar and cook for 1 hour on low heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. After this time, the pears should release a decent amount of juice.
  3. Then add the soda and pour in the milk. Cook for another 4 hours on low heat (ideally on a separator).
  4. Specially photographed to show you how it looks by the end of cooking. Milk seems to be separated from the juice in the form of lumps, which acquire a caramel color. Don’t worry! That’s how it should be.
  5. Then you need to cool the whole mass a little and beat it in portions in a blender until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Since the pears are already quite soft, it will take a few seconds. Because I’m sure that those who have a “manual” blender, this will not be a problem either. Bring everything to a boil over low heat and you can roll it into sterile jars. I have so many different components that they are enough for 12 half-liter cans.
  6. Enjoy this sweetness too!
