Instructions
Put sugar and egg in a cup, beat with a mixer.
Add sour cream and soft butter, mix well.
To flour (1 tbsp. + 1/4 stack.) add 1/4 tsp. soda., knead the dough, it will not be very thick.
For the filling, mix sour cream, sugar, starch.
Take a detachable mold (I have d = 22 cm), cover the bottom with parchment. Carefully distribute the dough.
Pre-defrost the cherries, let the juice drain. Put the cherries on the dough, you can lightly sprinkle with starch.
Spread the sour cream over the filling.
Bake in the oven at 180 * C. for 50 minutes.
